Rehabilitation of the “EUROPE” residence, with the aim of improving the thermal performance, occupant comfort, accessibility and architectural character of the buildings as a whole. Any alteration to this historic Bordeaux building must be submitted for review and approval to the Architectes des Bâtiments de France (French Heritage Architects).
