● Seed of project ●

We were present on Wednesday, November 24 at the inauguration of the residence “Le Parc de la Séoube” in La Teste-de-Buch organized by Aquipierre.

This operation, for which we were commissioned, consisted of the development and design of 111 housing units and 41 buildings lots in a landscaped park of 5 hectares. This project was carried out in partnership with the Trouillot-Hermel agency and the Auige firm.

What was the theme of this inauguration ? Commitment, sharing and conviviality, all around the planting of rosebushes in the heart of the landscaped park of the residence with the participation of the residents, the local youth council, the leisure center, some elected members of the municipal team as well as all the partners of this operation in order to support the international project “One rose, one beehive, life” led by the Rotary.

Winner of the 2021 Silver Pyramid in the “urban mix” category, this project was keen to establish and maintain a dialogue between operators and users on the subjects of urban mix, use, habitability and environmental quality, in which we are proud to participate.
