Renovation of 60 collective housing with an increased height – Libourne (33)

Rehabilitation in an occupied environment of a residential complex of 60 collective housing divided into two buildings of the Canterane residence with the elevation of a building to create 10 additional housing.

The intervention being in occupied site, the major stake was to limit the nuisances of building site. The use of a prefabricated wood structure in the facade of the building allowed for this rapid execution, both for the rehabilitation and for the elevation.
