Accumulation of post-its during the collective workshop organized by Bulle Architects in the offices of Gironde Habitat for the reflection on the redevelopment of its offices.

● Seed of project ●

Gironde Habitat is getting a new look. As part of the redevelopment of its headquarters, the Public Housing Office (OPH) of the Gironde department is offering its employees the opportunity to be involved in the project. Convinced that “alone we go faster, together we go further”, a participatory workshop open to all employees was proposed over a day and led by the tandem Repérage Urbain and Bulle architects.

The goal ? That everyone participates in the definition of the different development tracks in order to take ownership of the place and anticipate future needs.

This workshop was an opportunity for employees to express their wishes for development, to share their concerns about well-being and new ways of working, and finally to reflect on the “office of the future”.

The setting up, in the heart of the reception area, of a dedicated space with the installation of a sample totem, created in partnership with Franck Tallon, allows everyone to follow the evolution of the project and to continue to share their ideas, thoughts and sensations.
